Since we offer service-based solutions such as cleaning, electrical work, AC repairing, gardening, and maintenance, returns are not applicable in the traditional sense. However, we do offer refunds or re-service options based on specific conditions for 30 days.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The service was not delivered as agreed
  • There was a significant issue reported during or immediately after the service
  • The service quality did not meet the promised standards

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 daysof service completion.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If the service has been fully completed to the agreed standard
  • If issues are reported after a long delay
  • If the problem is due to pre-existing conditions or customer negligence
  • If access or required conditions were not properly provided by the customer

5. Re-Service Policy

In cases where service quality issues are confirmed, we may offer a free re-service instead of a refund. Our team will revisit and resolve the issue to ensure customer satisfaction.


6. Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel a booking before the scheduled service time. Refund eligibility for cancellations depends on how early the cancellation is made. Last-minute cancellations may not qualify for a full refund.


7. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The time for funds to reflect may vary depending on the payment method used.
